Research on the Effect of Curing Temperature, Steel Fiber, and Admixture Content on Concrete Performance Based on Orthogonal Test in Cold Region

Cold region covers over 50% all the world. As an indispensable part of project, concrete is greatly affected by temperature during curing process. In this paper, through orthogonal experiment design, we studied mixing temperature, steel fiber, and water reducing agent dosage on mixture slump; influence agent, accelerating content compressive strength concrete; final microstructure scanning electron microscopy (28-day concrete, analysis degree hydration reaction). The results show that slump increases with amount agent. Mixing fiber have little effect workability mixture. Curing has a significant growth strength. higher within 0?20°C, faster is. longer age greater only early while great late concrete. affects reaction more cementing substances produced reaction, research are helpful to improve mine support operation in high-cold high-temperature difference area.
